We understand the needs and sometimes busy schedules of our patients. If you can not come to our office during regular business hours, please talk to our staff to see if we can see you at a different time.
We are accepting new patients.
If you need an appointment, please call our office 650-529-1669 or send us an email at doctor@portolamd.com. When you call, please specify if you need to see doctor the same day or if we can schedule in the future. If you are sick and your physician cannot see you right away, call us. You can establish with us, see us for your urgent needs, or get a second opinion.
If you are coming for your first visit, please print out, complete the new patient forms and questionnaire and bring them with you. Please always bring all your medications to your first appointment.
HOME VISITS
Dr. Madej will provide, in certain situations, home visits. Please check with our staff about availability.
WEEKENDS, NIGHTS AND AFTER WORK HOURS
If you need help or advise on the weekends or durnig the time when our office is closed,
